Snp

The Saturday Night Project returns this Saturday, A great opportunity to invite your friends to church, in a more relaxed and adapted environment. This week Amanda Potterton will be leading us in Worship! Joshua Graham will be preaching on Symbolism and love and the cross, leading on from Neil's easter talks! Simon Bird will be sharing his testimony on how Jesus healed his deafness as a child! which will lead nicely onto Kish who will then be sharing! So why not sacrifice an hour and 15 minutes this saturday and come along praise God, and get fed (spiritually!) at the same time, it's gotta be better than strictly can't dance or blind date!

saturday night project

Sat_night_proj_logo Snp_19th_jan The next saturday night project is Jan 19th at 6 at the church in Lexden and we are thrilled to have guest speaker Tony Anthony. Tony grew up in China apprenticed to his grandfather, a Kung Fu master. Under the harshest of training in the way of the tiger Tony excelled, becoming world champion three times. A personal tragedy caused his world to unravel and he ended up in a notorious prison in Cyprus where a stranger befriended him and slowly introduced him to Jesus. Come and hear his amazing story of hope and redemption.

Tony Anthony back at Kingsland

19_jan Snp_19th_janTony Anthony is coming back! On Sat 19th Jan he and Jamie are presenting 'Release, Ttt_back_cover_2taking the brakes off the great commision' from 10 - 4 at Lexden. The £5 cost includes a light lunch. Tony is also speaking at the Saturday night Project at 6pm on the same day. An excellant oportunity to invite friends.  Leaflets for both these event available now.

Tony wrote on this blog in December .... 'I am so passionate about sharing the Gospel with the world that I would literally rather be dead than not share it. One of the smartest ways to do evangelism is to train others to do the same, and it gives me no greater privilege than to invite you to one of our "Release" evangelism conferences that we are holding in Colchester on 19th January 2008.

' Release is an evangelism training conference designed to motivate, equip and mobilise people to confidently, joyfully and effectively participate in the Great Commission. Can I encourage you to seize the opportunity and maximise the potential in using this training resource to build faith and build the Church. It would be great to see you there!

Keep on keeping on...

Tony Anthony'
